We focus on what we know best: US and US international tax advisory services for English and Spanish speaking business owners and individuals.
We serve a wide range of industries, but many of our clients have needs in real estate, restaurants, closely held businesses, nonprofits and US international tax filings.
We work as a team with your accountants to leverage your financial data to find tax opportunities and keep you in compliance. Although we do not provide bookkeeping or CFO services, we partner with professionals that provide the highest quality of service that we aim to deliver to our clients.

About Samanta
Samanta Guerra is a certified public accountant with over 15 years of experience and is the founder of SK Guerra CPA in San Antonio, Texas. Samanta is dedicated to providing up-to-date and personalized tax advisory support to help you meet your unique financial goals.
Samanta and her firm offer US and US international tax advisory and preparation services for English and Spanish speaking individuals, closely held businesses and nonprofits.
As an avid collector of knowledge and committed investigator, Samanta strategizes and executes tailored tax services to keep you in compliance and find your opportunities.
Samanta worked at the highly recognized firms, ATKG, ADKF and BKD, providing tax services to closely held businesses in the practice of manufacturing, retail, oil and gas, construction, real estate, hospitality, US international tax, nonprofit and estate and gift tax.
Prior to moving to San Antonio, she had worked for 9 years in the banking industry in Mexico. Samanta graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2006 with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting.
In addition to her work as a CPA, Samanta has served as the treasurer of DisabilitySA, a nonprofit whose mission is to provide programs, resources, and volunteer opportunities to improve the lives of people with disabilities.
She has been invited to speak on tax issues by several organizations in the community including the San Antonio Bar Association International Law Section, San Antonio Board of Realtors, San Antonio Restaurant Association and San Antonio Startup Week.
Additionally, she has been interviewed by Univision to speak about tax matters and to promote DisabilitySA.
Samanta loves spending time with her husband and their three children. She enjoys cooking and craft making. She also loves to travel and visit archeological sites and places with interesting geological features and cultures.
